Yesterday a survey by European vitamin company "Forza" 60% of couples said they put on 4pds, 20% they put on 6pds after a year, while only 18% said marriage had no bearing on their weight. Ouch! All I know is married or not, have to keep healthy lifestyle which includes eating well, minimize junk food (ah this one hard!) and excercising at least 2-3 times a week!
